It was indicated on the company’s website that the phone I desired was in stock. However, upon arrival at the store, I was informed that the phone was only available for specific tariffs and not for outright purchase. The staff then suggested that I travel to Swansea or place an online order with a two-week wait or delivery fee. I explained that the promotion I intended to use with the device would have expired by that time, but my statement was initially met with skepticism.

Ultimately, I made the decision to purchase the device directly from the manufacturer, which resulted in a PS200 cost savings, free next-day delivery, complimentary screen protectors, and a complimentary tablet.

The staff’s lack of interest and unhelpful attitude, as well as their provision of inaccurate information, were concerning.

I may well have not bothered shopping via Click & Collect. First of all, the process is tedious asking silly questions verifying yourself. Once I finally went to the collection desk, I expected it to be quick, being I was second in the queue. No – I had to wait ten minutes even though the store was practically empty! I may well have just purchased the product off the shelf. In my experience, Currys on Newport Road is much better managed than Culverhouse Cross. Customer Service at the Newport Road branch meets customers’ expectations.

I bought a fridge freezer paid for next day delivery installation and to take old appliances away. What a waste of time paying extra when the contractor said not down to take old appliances away. Also, they can not fit the new american freezer as not qualified, so i would need to take up with customers services whoever they are on the telephone they needs retraining VERY rude and couldn’t help or unwilling to help so back to the shop the next installation day turned into 8 day’s go to AO that’s what I will be doing in future.
