5 stars are for Jade who was absolutely fantastic! I also wish her a speedy recovery! Sales process with her smooth and very informative. Speak to her. None of the members of staff even bothered to acknowledge me when I came in or look around. Very patient with my many questions.

The other staff avoid if you can. None of them said hello on arrival. I was stood waiting by the phones needing help trying to obtain someone’s attention and no one came.

A blonde lady and a gentleman were busy laughing it up on a laptop. A older gentleman greyed hair was in and out. A young lad just thought it best to stare at me and then left.

Whilst Jade was away I approached the blonde lady with one simple question. The response was aggressive to say the least. She was happy and smiling when chatting up her colleagues but the moment I approached… Oh no.

I’ll give the gentleman with the short beard some credit. He was friendly enough when I asked him where Jade had gone. He offered help but as I had spoken to Jade I felt it only right I deal with them.

The other three people I’d excuse are the two delivery blokes and the gentleman behind the counter at the other end of the shop (who I believe used to own Rossis).

Worst experience I have ever had in retail. Purchased a printer last week that didn’t come with the Startup ink. Come into the store today and they no longer have the printer and even though I have purchased the instant replacement they weren’t prepared to replace and said that they would just refund. Ask if they there was anything that could be done on another printer and the manager got rude and said no he just wanted to offer me an inferior product and than took ages to refund. Wouldn’t even give one star if that was possible.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. When purchasing the laptop we felt like we were disturbing you and an inconvenience. There was problems with the laptop which you saw and agreed. not the 1st time being treated like this here. I have sent all recordings to head office (with names that I will not post here) of the 2 men dealing with me today. Rude, moody and found it funny when I was getting upset. I will be taking it further and have full 40 mins recording of me stood there while you were nothing but disrespectful.
