This is the WORST experience I’ve had in any store. A year back I tried to purchase an item using a One4All gift card and they managed to void all the money on my gift card and I had to wait 2 weeks to get it back when I needed the product asap and eventually ended up having to order elsewhere. I’ve again tried to order another item and I have been waiting a while for the product when it said free collection today. I decided to ring them and turns out that the order was cancelled??? So I’ve lost all the money on a CURRYS gift card and yet again I have to wait a few days for the money to come back in when I need the products. AVOID buying from curry’s, absolutely horrendous. The staff at the store are friendly and helpful but anything else is downright woeful. The woman who I spoke to on the phone at nationwide customer services could hardly speak any English and was whispering into the phone! Avoid.
Poor experience bought a Dyson air cool fan, it was not as described, did not cool the air, the manager noor said he would test it so he plugged it in 5 seconds later he said it works fine and cools without using anything to check the temperature, any excuse not to give a refund, I only bought the fan the day before yet made every effort to avoid doing the decent thing and refunding. The store policy is that if you open the packaging then they will not refund. How are we supposed to know how a product works without opening the packaging the fan is weak and the air cooling is pathetic.
Disgusted at the service my elderly friend got after buying a new phone from here. Was charged extra PS25 to transfer data from old phone using the FREE smart switch app and wasn’t informed she could download it for FREE on her phone.The new charging lead was not a USB connection and had to buy a compatible lead to be able charge her phone with the USB connection as she only had a USB wall socket and plug to be able to charge her phone. Don’t shop here if you don’t want to be ripped off or want great customer service. Shame on you ripping a elderly person off
