I normally for the past decade or more always gone to beckton branch cause it is closest to my address today decided to go to this goodmayes branch and it will be my last time staff weren’t the best not one person approached us while we’re their 45 minutes in one two aisles when I did call over two separate people one guy was not very interested was dying to leave within two min being their another young man I called over kept every few seconds kept looking around when I asked him are u looking for someone to come deal with us his response didn’t make sense so he was more interested in scoping the room then speaking or answering us reason why I have brought several TVs washing machines ovens from beckton bit more better service all I’m saying get more better staff who wanna earn their money they get paid for

The worst experience ever , customer is very weak and unsatisfied. Don’t buy anything from here . For this branch I hated the brand

Few months back I bought a mixer grinder with extra paid warranty but within a month the product got compliant and I contacted the consumer service which unsatisfied response and later I visited this Heathway branch and gave it back my product and they said it replaced product reached within a week . But I wait around 3 months . I don’t received anything from their side and after 4 months I revisit the shop and they replied the product not available I have to purchase different products. Such a horrible experience and we won’t agree with that they gave me a coupon worth below my actual price range . Such a worst customer service ever .

There are many super/electronic stores out there but what i liked about Currys is the staff is really good , calm and helping ,Its my 3rd time to Currys and till now i never had any problum with then and hopefully will not have in future as well … the only thing i didnt like when buying a product they offered me Currys insurance with product which is to be repaired or replaced if cant be repaired , is not completely understandable because i asked them if i have insurance with them of a product which has internal / programming error and the product has any scratches or crackes to it will it be repaired i was told “NO” … so no point getting insurance.
