me, my husband and my daughter went to this currys to biy a new hoover since our old one became faulty. we went to the the ‘floorcare’ section and we found a few hoovers that we liked but when we tried to get customer service to ask for some questions about the hoovers, one of them ignored us and when we asked another worker about why that worker ignored us they said that they were getting another worker who can help. but why can’t all the workers know about the whole store? what’s the point of doing that? after 10 minutes, someone finally came to answer our questions and was able to help us buy the one we want. to me the customer service is just bad because (and i forgot to mention) there were people around the ‘business hub’ and all they were doing was juat managing stuff on the computer. i know they are just doing there job but at least they can help.

Wide selection of generic solutions for many items for your socket / electronic needs. Tech guys (inside store) can help with a lot of maintaining/supporting for your product but anything more than simple tasks takes them a lot of time due to sending your equipment to their base. I needed to change thermal paste on my laptop processor and they said it will take 1 week time. I understand it is justified from business management point of view but I don’t want to wait 1 week 🙂

Last month, I visited with the intention of purchasing a television, but was met with a level of customer service that was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I found myself waiting for an extended period, approximately half an hour, without any assistance from the staff. Despite my efforts to seek help, no one was available to show me the product I was interested in. This lack of service has greatly discouraged me from considering a return visit to the store.
