We took an elderly neighbour to buy a television and we were going to buy a radio.
Firstly, we had to find someone to help us as there was no-one was there to point us in the right direction, although 5 staff were chatting in a group. Our elderly neighbour was left standing while someone was fetched, we found him a chair and he eventually bought a television set.
We prepared then to buy a radio. There were three in which we were interested, but they were all out of stock and we were advised to buy online. They refused to sell the display item, but why have it on display if you haven’t got it in stock? Retail training desperately needed for floor staff and their management. So we left empty-handed and determined never to shop at Curry’s again.

This store is clean and staff are friendly as well as helpful. There. They have disabled parking spaces outside the shop and wheelchair accessible entrance. However we were not able to go upstairs with a wheelchair as we couldn’t see any lifts up to the top floor. Asked a staff there but been told that they don’t have a lift. Would have been great if there is a lift for wheelchair or buggy users. Apart from that the store is great as the people there are nice plus they price match. I always love a bargain
Worst service, buying many time there before Never used to be like this ,can’t try the item that’s locked and told to be ordered online, then ordered it online and can’t return it to the shop says it’s been open it needs to be returned by post only even know their website says you can drop off at the shop.won’t go there again.
