Absolutely disgusted was in Dumfries store waiting 25 minutes for someone to become free and large bald man came free at desk said to 2 people who just walked in 5 mins I said excuse me right reason or none I felt he didn’t want to serve us I said excuse me we were here before them they literally just walked in the door and he wanted to continue with them told me they were short staffed and I would need to wait wrong thing to say I said we will take our business elsewhere just lost at least a PS500 cash sale and for him to say my attitude was bad his was way worse than mine and yes I had attitude with waiting in his sight for said 25 minutes
