I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Currys in Bracknell on multiple occasions. It appears that the store consistently lacks inventory beyond what is on display, which has resulted in a frustrating shopping experience.

As a customer, I expect a certain level of availability for items advertised in-store. However, it has become apparent that the majority of products showcased are only for display purposes. This has left me unable to make the purchases I intended and has led to wasted time and effort.

I kindly request that you address this issue promptly and take measures to ensure that accurate inventory information is provided to customers. It would greatly improve the shopping experience if your store could maintain a sufficient stock of items beyond those on display.

I hope that you will consider this feedback seriously and work towards improving the availability and transparency of your inventory. As a loyal customer, I would appreciate being able to rely on Currys Bracknell for my future electronics needs.

AWFUL. Would give 0 stars. Went into the store for the second time to get my laptop fixed (again!) because it wasn’t fixed the first time it was sent off for a month. The manager was extremely rude, patronising, and unhelpful. He explained the repairs process poorly, then gave me a number to call and essentially told me that if I plead nicely with them, then they might take pity on me and give me a voucher. Absolutely appaling. I called the number (Curry’s support line) and was transferred 4 times to be told the number I actually needed was closed, and that the employee who told to call was wrong. Will never purchase from Curry’s or Acer again. Do not buy from this store.

Thank you to Paul for giving me advise on a laptop I purchased online. I told him the reason for purchasing a new laptop and he advised me that I had brought a slow processor that wasn’t best for my needs and informed me of suitable processors. He also gave me a number to call and went through process to get it swapped as I purchased online. I wish I came I store and spoke to him first!
