I took my 81 year old nan to get a fridge freezer, the lady was lovely who served us. My nan paid extra to have the old one taking away and the new one installed. I went around 2 hours after it had been delivered to find my nan taking off the packaging and the inside temp part not even been put together for her she was panicking because she did not know how to put it together. I called and asked for a refund for installation I was told they had done so. When getting off phone I felt something wasn’t right. I called back and was told no refund had been issued. The man then put me on hold came back and said refund been issued. I still have a feeling this has not been done. So I will call again and of get no where will have to go back into the store. Absolutely disgusted by the service and how they left an elderly lady knowing she had paid for installation In this situation, probably all because they could not be bothered and thought they would get away with it. Fuming.

Dreadful service. Friday engaged with a lovely member of staff. She was helpful in providing information to buy De Longhi kettle and toaster combination. Advised to bring old appliance to receive additional discount to cover Curry’s recycling promotion . Tuesday arrived with said appliance (we were told Wednesday would be last offer day ), had to seek help with purchase, assistant was not sure about much. Disappeared to see Manager to see if promotion was still applicable. Apparently not, what a pathetic service from the manager not to appear. Left store empty handed after travelling there a second time to bring recyclable item. The offer is still available online today…what a shambles Curry’s management. Was going to purchase more items, tv, food mixer, microwave.

I went in twice over 2 days to gain some idea on purchasing a gaming laptop. I spoke with Jake who is usually working at the repair station. He was very polite and happy to help and answer any questions I had on the products.

When I went back a the 2nd time to purchase a gaming laptop Jake again attended to me and also gave a smooth and easy trade in process for some devices I wanted to sell and put towards the laptop purchase. His colleague George assisted with the sale and was scouring the store stock for a good deal for my first gaming laptop, and secured a great price for one. The whole experience was very good and they were both very respectful and polite throughout my shopping experience. Two brilliant examples of good customer service.
