I have just been into Currys today at Bolton Gate with a faulty LG Speaker . The gentleman on the repair desk .. didn’t get his name . Late 50s very polite helped me with endless time for me. We between us were on the phone to LG who were an absolute pain but this guy at Currys just went the extra mile to make my situation less stressful. He made me smile today and I appreciated his time for me so much. Thank you whoever you are I hope you get to see my gratitude . N Green
Very annoyed. Went in to buy and take away a freezer. Asked for help from one of the 5 guys huddled around a screen. One wasn’t sure any were available to take away and he would check.
They stood around chatting for another 10 minutes with no sign of assisting a customer further. 5 staff members !!!!!
We ended up walking out and buying elsewhere. Fumming!!

Those’d guys knowing what they do specially ATIK he is putting his heart for his job and customer massive thank u to him and his team I have been back twice in three months time I will be back again in the future ( coming all the way from Wigan( Wigan staff need proper training from u guys thanks once again I am very happy with all u do for customers
