Absolutely shocking service. Brought an expensive TV was sold the wrong bracket, and leads I didn’t need. The installation team as a result would not install it?

On the back of this order my partner purchased a Vodafone broadband. Unfortunately when she went to activate the account it was cancelled.

When we went back to the store for their help they were little or know help. We were told to contact Vodafone to find out why.

Great at selling but as far as customer service goes; very poor.

I just came back from looking at buying a 50″ TV i asked the sales assistant how long do they last as the one i bought from here only lasted just over a year he said bad luck you lucked out which i think is rude this is the second time you staff have been rude , i will neve shop at currys again .

Great staff with lots of knowledge with the products. Sam from the Chippenham store was very helpful when we needed advice when buying a new fridge freezer and carpet cleaner.
A Big thank you to Sam as he brought the carpet cleaner to the car as I had injured my shoulder.
