Went in to get a dvd player and was helped by member of staff who compaird dvd players for me and helped me fined the one more suitable for me and cheaper.

Although no surround sound systems available in store only sound bars wich ain’t suitable for what I need.
I was approached by a member of staff and explained what I needed he seemed very knowledgeable on the products and showd me what was available on line that wasn’t in store.
I really appreciated all the all the help and not being pressured in to buying anything I didn’t need.
Another member of staff approached and showd us some deals on TVs as we was stood looking at the TV’s on display it was quiet in store so got to see most of what they had.
The store layout was good and easy to fined what your looking for and well spaced out so no getting accidentally bumped in to when stood looking at something.

All the staff were brilliant, but for me, one young lady helped me out the most with an ongoing issue, and her name was Shamia lovely,great at her job,and went above and beyond to get a long on going issue sorted with my Ninja Foodie (the motor burt out) If I’ve learnt anything, this is it… If you pay 6 months 12 months interest-free, DO NOT CLICK AND COLLECT. Go in store and work out the finance. if the item has a fault, it is 100 times harder to sort out. Anyway, the main reason I wanted to write this is because of Shamia as soon as she got involved it was sorted 10/10 service you deserve all you can achieve .

Awful. Booked tumble dryer delivery 0700-1059 and paid maximum price for this slot. Turned up late, did not ring the doorbell and then, noticing that item scratched, unilaterally cancelled the order and walked off site all without telling me. Spent nearly an hour with their bot trying to sort. Just awful. Cannot give zero stars but this is all they deserve.
