I visited Currys in Bridgwater yesterday to pick up a new TV and was thoroughly impressed by the fantastic customer service I received, meriting nothing less than a resounding five stars.

From the moment I walked in, I was met with professionalism and a friendly atmosphere. The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Jed, a staff member who truly went above and beyond. Not only did he ensure a quick and easy purchase process, but he also personally carried the TV to my car. His assistance was greatly appreciated and it’s these little acts of kindness that transform a standard shopping trip into an extraordinary one.

Jed’s helpful attitude and willingness to go the extra mile was a prime example of the outstanding service culture at Currys Bridgwater. The store’s commitment to customer satisfaction was clear, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.

The TV itself is fantastic, but it was Jed’s excellent service that really made my day. It’s reassuring to know that when it comes to electronics, there’s a place nearby that not only sells quality products but also takes care of its customers with genuine care.

Went in to get a tablet, despite signalling for assistance no one came over to help, the staff were all just huddled in a group. Managed to get the right tablet and assumed the staff member helping had the right idea about a case, bought everything and got back home to realise the case was for a different make of tablet. Went back to the store to try get the right case only to find they dont actually sell the right sized case OR the right sized screen protector. Two stars because at least the person serving us the second time round knew what he was doing and was very apologetic and very helpful.

Ordered a new Kenwood Microwave to replace a broken one for my Dad who has dementia (Like for like being very important in this situation). Ordered the microwave last night (28/03/24) and went in to pick it up early this morning.
Matt (on the collection desk) went and got the item straight away before I’d got the confirmation email through.
Thanks so much, Matt – you made a situation that could have been very bad and escalated quickly, very easy.
