Misleading price marking on a phone between carphone wharehouse and currys because they don’t share the same price structure (caused by currys owing the building but carphone warehouse renting space inside), this fact not reflecting in branding or customer service interactions despite them sharing the same floorspace (yup its a great system that results in a terrible customer experience) then took 30 minutes (and counting) for a refund. Store staff mostly helpful but resource allocation atrocious with store manager passively wandering around chewing gum. Ended up calling a customer support number which was again terrible, so ended up getting one of the initiative lacking store staff to do this (the only one qualified to deal with refunds btw)..
Will actively avoid using this store again.

Very bad service…Useless team this time around been wandering around shop for half an hour wanted to buy smart phone. Trying to attract attention of anyone. Just been absolutely ignored by shop assistants. Till I went and for service and been told have to wait to they a busy… very disappointing. Specially been shopping hera before and had good service here about a year ago. Obviously things changed not for the best. Don’t bother to come here just buy things on line. This people don’t really care a bout customers anymore

I was looking for a cooling fan for our caravan. A young girl (sorry but can not remember her name) asked if I was OK, I explained what I was looking for, and she was so very helpful . I left the shop with 2 small, quiet fans.
The young girl had dark hair with red streaks and glasses.
