Unfortunately, after many visits to the store, I’ve had one bad experience in many which needs to be shared. Walked in at 9 am looking to purchase a brand-new iPhone greeted with a “alright”. I asked if the stock level on line match the stock levels in store and would like to purchase a new handset only to be told that stock levels were incorrect and they would have to order one in. Understandably, staff have no control over this system, however now I have to do my own research on other stores by driving to them. a little bit help would’ve gone along way with me purchasing my new handset and may be I could’ve rang another store and reserved it for me, therefore, I have gone elsewhere to buy it.
Poor customer service at this time and missed sale, as the rest of the store sales advisors are normally excellent.

had to ask a member of staff if there was any other members of staff she said yes I looked to see other members of staff just chatting near the tills when someone eventually appeared he was very helpful and found an equivalent tv to the one I wanted as my choice wasn’t available so apart from the staff hunt I was happy to buy the tv

Terrible branch, won’t help you at all if you bought something online they just give a receipt whereas you go to cribbs currys they’ll do anything to help you, was told cannot give PS800 refund in branch yet you go to another branch and they’ll give you it on the spot, rude customer service as well, Avoid.
