Absolutely do not recommend this store. They added on warranty on my bill without my permission that costs extra each month. Told me I would only be charged ONE fee and it wouldn’t show on my next bill as I’m paying it in store and there would be no additional charges on my bill. Charged me $50 to “transfer my phone” by pressing a button without asking me if I would like to transfer it myself or made me aware of the fee. I ended up being charged $300 in “fees” between Telus themself and this location just to upgrade my phone that had a balance of $0. I confirmed multiple times that I would only be charged $37 extra on every bill moving forward but I guess he forgot to mention he decided to take into his own hands that taking advantage of single moms was his specialty. Spoke to a manager about this at this location and her only thing was to say was “oh sorry about that if I would have heard him say that I would have stepped in but since he did transfer it I can’t refund the fees”. The Telus billing centre couldn’t believe that he would do all of that without my permission and said I need to contact the store for a refund and they refuse.

I walked into the store and up to the counter where a fellow was sitting doing some paperwork. He did not acknowledge me at all.
A few moments later a fellow came out of the back and asked if he could help.
I asked my question and the fellow doing his paperwork lifted his head and literally talked like I wasn’t even standing there.
The “maybe this or that” is not a suitable response so I thanked them and left the store. Not a very friendly vibe at all so I do apologize for the inconvenience.
Some people do not get that without the customer you don’t have a reason to sit behind that desk unless it’s to clean it out and move into your next opportunity.
I was able to phone Telus from the parking lot out front of the store and did get my issue resolved with awesome customer service.

I would give more stars if possible. I was formerly a Sasktel customer and was on the fence about switching plans. However, after the customer service I received, switching to Telus was an easy choice. Amanda was the agent I dealt with, and she made the whole experience as painless and enjoyable as possible. She took the time to answer every question my girlfriend and I had, and she genuinely seemed to want to find the best plan available for both of us.

That is the kind of customer service that builds customer relationships, and maintains customer loyalty!
