Took a laptop to get repaired. It has been dropped on the corner and the plastic has shattered and the hinge has broken away entirely. Thought it would take a lot more time to fix but only one week later and it was ready to pick up. The staff were very helpful and friendly in showing my the old housing and what they did to fix it. You’d never be able to tell anything has ever happened. Overall I’m very pleased with the whole experience and couldn’t fault them. Will definitely be back as and when for any IT related issues.
Charging prices of over PS100 for simple jobs of unscrewing laptops and replacing a few parts. The main reason I was looking to go to them was due to the hassle of sourcing the tools but buying the tools from Amazon for PS20 and taking the 20 minutes myself I’m saving over PS80. I would indulge anyone else to look at a YouTube tutorial and buys the tools yourself to repair equipment instead of paying these obscenely overpriced places for the 20 minutes of labour.
Whatever your IT needs, go to these guys, not the big chains. They are super knowledgeable, really friendly and helpful and offer amazing value for money. They just built me a custom made desktop PC for photo editing, and it’s brilliant. They privide great service and products and are all round good guys.
