This Friday morning my 6 year ago HP Desktop would not allow me to login to Windows 10. After trying to do System Restore,Start in Safe Mode, Windows Updates Roll Back, a Reformatting of the Hard Drive and using Recovery DVD’s—nothing worked so I went to Cyber Solutions yesterday at suggestion of a relative and met Cathy. Cathy replaced my faulty fan(which I had been ignoring),installed a new Samsng1Tb SSD and did a fresh reinstall of Windows 10,plus taught me some tech stuff while she worked. Today I needed to down load my backed up personal files and some device software but I enjoy that stuff. In the end my HP is working better than new-press the tower power button and I have Windows login screen in 4 seconds!!!

These guys are crooks. My daughters boyfriend dropped off his pc to have some parts upgraded, which should not have taken more than a few days at most, right?? Well, after a month and a half he got fed up of waiting with the excuse that they were waiting on parts to come in as the excuse. These damn crooks removed and kept some of his upgraded components already installed and put cheaper hardware in replace. He now has the computer with the company promising to FIND his original hardware and get back to him. Don’t trust these snakes.

Today I really needed a way to fill out border brokage papers for a dog rescue time sensitive and sure enough they helped me. Recently I bought my mom a tablet and they helped me.
