For the most part, very helpful. I have bought many devices from the store. The only problem is the ongoing issue with my iMac. Even though I have Apple Care, I cannot convince the staff that the level of performance displayed by my computer is not up to the standards of what it should do. I think there it is faulty machine, but I don’t know how to get it repaired. Very happy to give the Store 5 stars once that’s been handled.

Friendly, helpful crew. I’d ordered online with the option of paying in the store. When I went to pick up my order, I was told the price had gone down and would I want to cancel my order to get the lower price. It was very kind, something they didn’t really have to do.
