Fantastic Service. rang up Monday morning about my tumble dryer because I tried to fix the belt the night before and it was not working and was not going around so they came Monday afternoon and got it fixed for me. Now it’s up and running and working, after lots of tumble drying later the red light came on and had to clean the water out from the back, we had this problem before with the red light but not came on for a long time, so I rang D.E.S again about the problem and said what the problem was so they ordered the part the same day when the part came they said they could come that Friday and they rang half hour before to make sure I was in. They fixed it in 15 minutes and all works perfect now . Thank you D.E.S for a brilliant quick friendly service With great communication would recommend them highly.

I’m really very impressed with the way DES operates. They embody “old fashioned” principles of fair dealing.

In short, DES undertook to repair our larder ‘fridge. We were not able to be at home when they called but arrangements were made to let the engineer have a key. The suspect defective part was identified and its replacement was quoted for at a very reasonable cost. Unfortunately there was another – less obvious and irreperable – fault within the ‘fridge. DES had already billed me in accordance with their quote – which I had paid. However when I discovered that the ‘fridge was still not functioning as it should we were given a full refund without any hesitation. Thank you Jared – we know where to ask for help the next time we have any problems with our domestic appliances. Great customer service.

I’ve used this company several times over the years and always found them very good. This time was no exception. Friendly and knowledgeable staff on the phone who ordered the right part for my elderly washing machine and then called me to arrange a mutually convenient time for the repair. Engineer turned up on time and fitted the part and corrected the levelling of the machine as well. Then he kindly adjusted one of my ill-fitting oven shelves while he was there. He really went the extra mile, so I call that excellent and caring service from a small local company and am very happy to recommend them.
