Wish i could give more stars to this company and to the very pleasant manner and professional attitude of Darren who runs it. I had the misfortune of a TV breakdown while watching a world cup game and thought must have to buy a new set to watch the England game 4 days later. Phoned DMA late on the Wednesday and arranged to drop Panasonic (49inch) Tv off next day (11.00am) and leave small down payment, was asked to ring at 3pm for diagnostic report. Darren contacted me before 3pm with report, needed back light parts and i thought if i have to spend PS150 it will be lot cheaper than new Tv and gave Darren go ahead to my surprize he said i could pick the Tv up an hour later as it wouldn’t take long to fit. Picked Tv up next day which was switched on so you could check before taken away and price was less than half i would have paid including the down payment i was to say one very happy customer. 1st class company and 1st class professional and pleasant gentleman.

Absolutely fantastic service provided by DMA Electronics, The ariel connector at the back of my Panasonic 55 Inc tv had broken off. Contacted The Electronics Engineer at DMA Electronics and informed him of the problem . He put my mind at rest from the start and I delivered my TV to the workshop at Blyth at 4.30pm on Monday. Was asked to call him the following morning at 11am . Called and was told the tv was fixed and ready for collection. This has exceeded all my expectations and I would highly recommend DMA Electronics to anyone with any electronic problems. I can’t praise this company enough , very fast service and very reasonably priced . A very honest and trustworthy Engineer with a vast knowledge of Electronics. Thank you DMA Electronics for the fantastic Service you provided for me.

I am full of praise for DMA Electronic. What wonderful service from a professional engineer. He gave me ‘ Free ‘ advise over the phone which fixed the fault on the TV. I admire such professionalism, integrity and honesty. Someone else might of taken the TV to the workshop and charged me a fortune for a repair that I did myself following the instructions of the engineer over the phone. DMA Electronics responded to my original voice mail very quickly. After they had given me instruction on how to fix the fault on the TV they phoned me back later in the day to see how I had got on. That is true customer service! I have no hesitation in recommending DMA Electronics.
