Hi, Used Dalkeith computers for the first time, my 12 year old all in one desktop was in a bad way. the screen had gone and it was not worth repairing. I enquired about possibly getting a new pc or a reconditioned one, I spent a couple of weeks thinking about it then arranged to take a reconditioned one, Alan transferred all my old photos, got it home plugged it in, everything is perfect. delighted with my deal. Great service.

Needed a power cable for my old, but still worth keeping Dell computer. Alan was very helpful, and found me a Dell used one from his stock. Cheaper than ordering on eBay and checked with my laptop to check it works.
He has a Aladdin’s cave of computers there. He also explained how to sort out the loose hinge that holds the screen on.
I was all set to buy a new laptop but didn’t need too!

Have used Alan various times over the last 8 years. He has always managed to fix any problems with my computer I have had. May I say he has saved me a lot of money and his prices are very reasonable. Even manage to set up the Wi fi for my Solar panels to work with my smart meter. Supplier gave me a number in China to help and they could not help after a PS23 phone charge.
