I bought a washing machine on the 19th July scheduled for delivery on the 24 July. I told the store staff that I was leaving the country on the 26th. It was not delivered on the 24th or the 25th. Apparently, the Darty delivery people couldn’t deal with the fact that my mobile number is English and not French.

I made a complaint before yesterday by email, but haven’t heard back.

So, I have paid 800 Euros which Darty are sitting on indefinitely. Mind-blowing incompetence/idleness.

Great customer service. I really appreciate it when not being rushed. The young lady took her time with me. Although the shredder paper was not the one I traveled to the store to pick up, I didn’t mind spending 5 extra euros. The cashier was just as helpful, she explained why the shredder I saw online was not in the store. I will definitely be back to shop at this location.
