Went to the shop to buy a computer screen. I point finger to a standard 24 inch and they tell me its out of stock. 2nd one out of stock. 3rd one out of stock.
Ok, i tell the salesman i want the philips and would like to order it. They say ok and send me to the payment section. I pay 220 euros and they tell me the screen would be here in 3 to 4 weeks.

I am wondering why darty exist in the first place. Why anyone would shop here?
They dont have the products, they order which takes for weeks ….. and they are more expesive than online shopping

If i was the boss of darty i would seriously review my sales strategy and customer service

Impossible to ring this store directly as the phone number is a general DARTY main one that does not connect you to the store . I had four visits over four days just to complete the sales .
The TV department was the most stressful experience for years for me but the household appliances run by Jean Michel is the nicest easiest and pleasant experience in contrast. THANKYOU JEAN MICHEL

Rang to see if a product was in stock. Waited ten minutes (international call on my mobile) and just an irritating and repetitive recorded message with muzak! Get a grip Darty. Good customer service means live people at the end of the phone (or live monitoring of a sophisticated system). You fail.
