Holly Molly i just asked for a screen protect for my phone. On the product it say please visit the SAV so someone can install the screen protect on the phone. At the SAV service a man come out and say no you have to wait for a department manager front of the product. Back to the product after 15 minutes no one come. So i go back to the SAV and say no one come to install my screen protect phone .He say if no one comes well then there is no one to help you. The Manager was on the background a woman then she say i am sorry we don’t have access to the protect screen phone it’s locked and someone is gone with the Key! Please come back in 4 days.
