On 17.03 bought computer and subscribed for premium service 120EUR/year to have access to services and discounts… I subscribed and paid for MS356 + antivirus pack for my new PC 14EUR/monthly… everything seems good in words, but in reality the girl-seller wrongly entered my email and the link to activate my antivirus and office did not go anywhere … I tried to call Darty serenity service: totally useless: as a Darty premium client for 120EUR/year you get access to their answering machine only.
I had to spend time and money to go back to Odysseum and explain the mistake of the personnel. In the shop I was promised that customer service would deal with this. In reality NO one did anything to correct the mistake and incorrect email address remained in the Darty databases until I had to go there again on 24.03.23 and demand to change it: never seen customer service so inefficient for 120EUR/annually…
On 24 of March I re-visited the shop and got my problem fixed by Bahaa Eltaief. Very professional, calm, attentive to detail: this is how a professional sales should be. Indeed this experience helped me to regain the trust in Darty Odysseum…
As of On 27.03.23 – nothing was working again: after successful receipt of the link to my service pack Duo, I tried to activate it and noticed that someone in Darty Odysseum shop put my user contract to end for 26.03.23, so no chance to access my client account and no way to get help.
Called Darty/fnac tech support 3 times in 3 days spending on average 30-50 minutes on each call.
Well today, on 30.03.23 I was finally able to change my incorrect email in their database and download the software. Amazing inefficiency of Darty Odysseum Montpellier was compensated by quality of the Fnac tech support!

Strongly recommend to never talk to shop assistants in Darty and just go directly to their online support.
