I bought an iphone. They give me a an iphone which is fake. After 6 day, I return and told them and show them the screenshot of issues. They told me you have to record video. Then I did it. Then I wait for three week to fix it, they did not. Then Give me another date while I have to spend twice much mor emoney. When I show them the french law of refund, exchange, and fix up, they say we [DARTY] do not care about French law. They neigher exchange or refund nor give my mobile while it last one month
Long wait, no service. They didn’t care who comes first etc. I left without buying. Went to the one in Rive Gauche.
They don’t seem very customer oriented. They just want to sell.
