Bought a microwave on their site, came to pick it up and they told me they have a problem with their provider, and it will take 3 months.
They told me they cant cancel it and reimburse me because i bought it on their online shop and that it’s not their problem.
Horrible customer experience and service, I’m not buying anymore from them.
The click and collect operation was absolutely catastrophic. They dont know what is a Customer service . I will never going back in this place. I just give you 3 stars for the excellence of the salesperson on The TV side[this guy yes deserve 5stars]
