My hard drive “crashed” and I wasn’t even able to reboot my computer. I chose to go with Data Lab based on the great online reviews, and it was worth the trip.
Mike explained clearly how they work and their approach of trying to recover the data. Within 1 day they were able to identify the root cause and provide a preview of the data they were able to recover.
Since I had the majority of data already backed up myself, Mike and his team were very helpful and spent the time to focusing to extract the data I was missing.
In short: Not only was Data Lab to recover by data, but also the overall customer experience was great.

Mike and the team were amazing. Although they weren’t able to help me recover my data (due to my own fault) they were extremely patient and knowledgeable and provided me with advice all throughout the process. Mike was very kind with me and also helped diagnose the issue with my drive for absolutely no charge. Highly recommend Data Lab as the best place for any data needs within the city. As others have said, I hope that I do not ever need to come back, but if I ever have any future issues I know where I’ll return 🙂
Excellent experienced people, they managed to recover all our files within two days and set-up our HDD system efficiently. They are reasonable in their cost for the great service they provided.
Our HDD drives collapsed over the weekend and when we contacted Mike after business hours, he was very hospitable, answered the call and provided us with proper guidance. We truly appreciate Mike and his team’s hard work. True positive experience and great customer service!
