5/5 service! If I could give Mr Nesbat-Geith more stars, I would. I had an external harddrive that fell and wouldn’t connect to my computer anymore. It was a HDD with almost 5TB of client footage on that I thought would be lost, but Mr Nesbat-Geith recovered all of it. A big + for extremely good communication regarding the process, I always got a message when there was an update and got a price before anything was done. I also got good tips on how to work with and store such a big amount of footage in the future to avoid similar situations. My German is bad, but that was not a problem, Mr Nesbat-Geith sent all updates in both German and English. Couldn’t recommend enough!
