They were able to retrieve all the data on my phone and gave me a stick with a full iPhone backup I could use on another phone.
(The phone itself is broken but as it was an iPhone XS I don’t mind that).
One star I had to deduct because the communication several times was off point. (Phone wasn’t ready when we discussed it would be. My questions couldn’t be answered sufficiently on how they do it and what exactly is broken. The WhatsApp questions came without much background on the current status and expected output.)
Given the success they had with my data I see that as a minor point and can recommend going there if you need help with your phone.
