I bought a refurbished HP Elitebook from David about a week ago. The service was excellent, he asked me lots of questions about what I was looking to use the laptop for, my budget and answered all questions I had. Then based on that, was able to make a few recommendations from his available stock including the one I eventually chose for under the budget I specified to him. All the software I needed for office was pre loaded and windows was set up for me so that I was ready to go within 30 minutes. You really do get a lot of value for money from refurbished computers, often bought from corporate trade backs that are still in excellent condition. Came with a six month warranty for peace of mind as well as a free bag and a mouse I asked for too. If I had gone to a mainstream retailer, there would have been really little genuine advice except they just want you to buy something right up to or beyond your budget, plus all the nonsense extra warranties and more. I recently purchased a Gaming computer from DB computing, it is an excellent specification for the price and I am very happy with it. During the purchase I was informed about the computer so I fully understood what I was buying and that it was sufficient for my needs, I also had a couple of questions after the purchase that they answered for me.
