Very polite and knowledgeable, helpful with a few questions I had. Talkative.

Needed a battery replaced on a pixel 6. Was told by another repair company that they could not guarantee water resistance after repair, I wasn’t happy with this so delayed.

Heard about d.c. repairs and after speaking to Graham he reassured me that he uses genuine parts and there is no reason water resistance should be affected after repair. He was confident enough to his seal to this with a guarantee (can’t remember the time period now, it was reasonable enough)

Price was reasonable. More expensive than others, cheaper than some. For me it’s never about the money though it’s all in the customer service, what the point in a cheap repair if the server is rude or an expensive repair if the server is dismissive of questions and late in doing the repair.

The batter replacement was done promptly and to a high standard. No complaints, highly recommend.

Went to DC Repair Group with a portable radio with a power supply issue and an integrated amplifier requiring attention for potentiometer issues. They provided excellent service, kept me up to date with progress and completed both repairs with a great deal of professionalism. Really went the extra mile, particularly with the amplifier for which they fabricated parts when replacing and future proofing the potentiometer. Sounds at least as good as the day I bought it 20 years’ ago. Would recommend to anyone looking to repair rather than replace. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. First choice for any future maintenance and repairs.

Incredible transformation! A rat deck to a mint deck !!! Replaced the tone arm, replaced the switches on the operating board, replaced all of the LEDs. Even repaired the old tone arm, the bearings which are incredibly tiny, Graham had to fashion a tool to fit the spindle screws and adjust the bearings which are so delicate.
After a terrible experience with a so-called technics turntable specialist in Edinburgh I’m so glad that I took this turntable to Graham’s shop in Gala, he is a true upscaling legend x
