Took my son’s laptop there as was having some problems with it. Ed found out quickly what was wrong and sourced replacement parts at a great price. His work was very thorough and quick. His prices were reasonable and much preferred using a local person with experience than the big chains. Thanks again Ed.
Absolutely fabulous service. Edd collected the laptop one day and returned it the next for the price quoted – even though I think he did more work than originally thought! He showed me pictures of the issues. His communication was great and he was so very helpful. Thank you very much.
I took both my laptops to a different high street shop and he said they couldn’t be fixed . I called DCM he fixed both laptops at a good price, communicated with me about everything that needed doing and updated me if anything changed. Highly recommend will go back there when needed.
