The place to go for getting a no-nonsense look at your computer. I really appreciated that they took a look, listened to what had happened, they were willing to work with what I wanted done, they discussed solutions and when that was agreed, gave me an estimate for the job. The job was done in the delay they had given; the repair was completely satisfactory.
