Nothing but trouble! Took my gaming laptop in to fix the charging port, and I got it back damaged with 2 nipple-like bumps on the keyboard. Tried complaining, but they wasn’t having any of it; denying it’s damaged. I was looking for a 50% refund of the costs, however the most they could offer was a measly and insulting PS10! Despite the charging was fixed, it should not have been damaged no matter the circumstances! Horrible customer service. I highly do not recommend…
I contacted Deepdale Computer Services first thing this morning, having worried that I had a infected my computer with a virus. A wonderful employee called Ben remotely connected to my computer and reassured me I did not have a virus and cleared the ‘virus’ pop ups on my computer. Thank you for your extremely prompt and very reasonably priced service, I really appreciated your assistance today.
Deepdale is by far the best IT support company we have ever worked with! We have had urgent issues that have required fixing (sometimes on evenings and weekends!) and nothing has ever been too much trouble. The team are friendly, professional and knowledgable, but most of all they are an extension of our business.
