Take this review with a pinch of salt as I am quite bias towards this awesome company (as I used to work there over 20 years ago!) . That said, I can vouch for the lad at Argentan branch, one of the very few original team members remaining. Knows his stuff!
I believe they have recently been bought out but seem to provide the same services as before at very reasonable prices (compared to here in the UK prices).
I’m happy to help out if anyone gets stuck with the French lingo!

Honnetement decu pour celui d’Argentan. J’y suis alle pour acheter une imprimante et je n’ai jamais etais rappele malgre les relances. C’est un grand manque de professionnalisme ! La personne n’etait pas accueillante, on aurait cru le faire ch!er. Une deuxieme fois pour une reparation “Je ne peux rien faire aller voir ailleurs” alors que j’avais juste evoque “reparation” sans la situation. Honnetement, si vous le pouvez aller a celui de Vimoutier, ils sont bien plus agreable.

Competence, efficacite et aimabilite.
J’ai fait appel au Gerant de Delorme depuis plusieurs annees. Ce qui me fait poster un avis d’excellence, c’est l’honnetete des services ; s’il n’y a pas besoin de reparation ou d’une reparation a cout tres tres faible, il le dit. Plus sa competence lorsque reparation fut effectuee.
