Had the worst nightmare there. They are a bunch of robbers (PS110 for a cracked screen!!) and don’t seem to know what they are doing either (took 5 whole days to fix the screen!). If you express the dissatisfaction you will only be told “write whatever review you want, doesn’t affect us.” Then they will play the “racist” card making up stuff like you are making comment about their hijabs! Also the shop is located in a super dodgy area which doesn’t help. So please if you want to save yourself from this absolute nightmare that I just experienced with them, DO NOT GO THERE!

I went in to sell a phone they give me one price. So I took it back in to sell it the same day they try Knocking me down almost 100 pounds .what a joke of a shop time wasters I will never go there again and would never recommend it to anybody .
