27 March I’ve send the vacuum cleaner back after using it for a month the vacuum broke. I’ve used the sending label that they shared with me. Now it’s 1 June and they havent even received it yet! I messaged their support and their Steven just says they haven’t received it yet and they not even try anything to find out whats happening or give an solution. I’m waiting more than 2 months already and it’s going to be a few months more probably. I wouldn’t be surprised that I will get it back after more than a half year after only using it for a month… I send the package from The Netherlands to Germany. Its next to each other! Sending it to China would be faster! This service and return policy is the worst i’ve ever seen so don’t buy something from them!
STAY AWAY! Faulty STEBA VG 350 barbecue, they provided me with a return label with InPost, but unfortunately this label is USELESS because:
– I was asked to ship all the barbecue, that is, the faulty electric parts plus ALL the accessories because they don’t accept a partial return;
– the maximum size accepted by InPost is not sufficient to contain all the required parts!
So I proposed to ship the barbecue at my own expense, but they didn’t accept that.
In practice, I was unable to assert my warranty rights.
FAKE SUPPORT from them… or a REAL SCAM? NEVER AGAIN.

This is how after sale service talks to their customer.
We have made an order on 16th of June and we are still waiting our product (more than 2 month). They asked to send 3 times the same document signed. Nothing move if we don’t call them.
Disastrous and unpleasant after-sales service, speaking badly to customers. To flee absolutely !
