I feel remiss to have left it sooo long to write this review, but you know how life catches up with you etc, anyway….. This guy was a life saver. Rescued my computer from the dreaded blue screen of death! I actually thought I’d lose everything. But he was so kind, hugely knowledgeable and smart, and what really impressed me was his honesty and integrity. So so grateful. 3 years since and that same computer he repaired still going strong. Highly recommend.
I messaged Dentek and he replied saying he thought he could help. I then visited the shop and he sorted out the lead needed, the lead he had was correct but there was a safety issue with it ( nick in the wire) so he couldn’t sell it to me. He then took time to source the lead on the website and showed me. I bought the lead from the website when I got home. So the shop didn’t benefit this time, but will use again if a purchase needed. 5* service.
Took my computer into Den-tek with a faulty charging point. It was repaired on the same day and at a very reasonable cost. Friendly and excellent service – would highly recommend.
