Having a ‘Start Up’ fault with my Cello 240/12v tv I contacted Derby Ace Electronics who gave me an immediate appointment. On arrival at his ‘home’ office/workshop the tv was tested and found not to be faulty as I was using the wrong power input. The tv works perfectly and although I offered to pay for his time he declined. I would strongly recommend using Ace Electronics who provide a very personal 1 to 1 service and you get that warm feeling knowing that you are in very good hands and you will be dealt with honestly, fairly and efficiently.
Took my sisters old stack system for a service and repair. The owner was very knowledgeable and was fair with his pricing, My sister thought it needed a new belt for the turntable, but when he tested it he told her it didn’t need a new one he said it was no use spending more money than necessary. He said to ring the following day, and he’d let her know when she could collect it. He did as he said, and she was able to pick it up that day. Very quick service. Would definitely recommend.
Gareth has done a sterling job for my friend’s aquarium light and very old Technics turn table which had sentimental value. Gareth is a true Gent and reminds me of the old tradesman no job too big or small. All done in 1 day what a true Gent. Thank you Mr Gareth!!
