I bought my laptop in to shop with 5 broken keys and they said it would be PS55 to fix it and it would be done in 3/4 days, after 6 days they said it was done. I came in to collect it and my mouse was broken. They claimed it was broken when I bought it in and it would be an extra PS45 to fix that. They then said they’d give me a mouse instead if I didn’t want to pay extra PS45 for something I didn’t break. They charged me PS65 and gave it back to me even more broken than it was before! Would not recommend.
Amazing service, great person who helped me to get my phone fixed. I was unable to find a screen for iqoo z3 in the whole Liverpool but this guy ordered it for me and sorted it out in no time. Really appreciate your service brother. I’ll only trust this person from now for any phone related issues.
Terrible experience there. Didn’t get my laptop fixed in the end, was constantly told to just wait a bit longer. Took my laptop elsewhere and got it sorted almost immediately.
