I’d heard good things about the Device Doctors, so I pulled up outside and tried to find a parking space. Through no fault of theirs it wasn’t easy (there were temporary lights outside and lots of road works going on). Neither was finding the entrance which just so happens to be shared with a stone masons that takes up most of the advertising.
But I got past all of that and found the door to Device Doctors workspace. Outside was a ring doorbell with their name on it and I duly pressed it, but unfortunately it was out of batteries.
I didn’t let that worry me though as I could see one of their employees through the window having a sit down! So I knocked on the door and waved. Then I knocked harder and waved bigger. But he didn’t see me and I never did get to meet the famous Device Doctors.
Maybe next time.

Updated my review to two stars as reply came back quickly and was very polite. I’ll update it again if the rest of the service is as good.
I now know why these guys have pretty much all 5 star reviews. From first enquiring about a battery replacement for my Macbook, they were always quick to respond and superhelpful. Dan booked my device in quickly and then kept me informed all the way through the process. Only took a few days from start to finish. Great service.
