Having phoned first to get an idea of the price to fix my iPhone X, my mind was eased not only by the more than competitive pricing but by the free advice that Keith gave over the phone. His straight talking, no nonsense honesty was extremely refreshing. I went to his shop a short time later and was most impressed by the professional layout and large amount of high quality products on offer. Keith not only fixed my charging port, he gave great advice on how to care for my phone going forward given the current global shortage of new handsets. He could have told me that I needed a new battery and I would have been none the wiser but in his honesty and in an attempt to save me money, he advised that the time wasn’t right for a change and that I could get a bit longer out of it. I left with the impression that there is nothing that Keith can’t fix and I will definitely be going back to him for a new battery in the near future.
I left my device in for a HDMI repair on an Xbox Series X. The owner was very friendly and offered some preventative advice FOC. I was a little worried when I hadn’t heard from him for 2 weeks; turned out he had exhausted his Series X HDMI’s and was only stocked with Series S, which was explained and fixed within 2 days. I didn’t want to hustle anybody those two weeks but when I did call to check up, the owner assured me he was working on it. Even checked with me if I had acquired the preventative apparatus he recommended (I hadn’t but I will before I plug it back in). To the owner; thank you ever so much, this is the archetype of what a repair store should be; tells you how it is, provides info and is an all-round pleasure to deal with. Thank you. Hopefully won’t see you soon but we never know! Highly recommend.
One of the best repair shops around. The quote given was much better than other shops and the quality of the work is insane. There was a small issue but Keith rectified it next day free of charge in under 20 minutes.
I was also given advice for the future care of my phone and battery so it has a long life.
You just can’t beat this shop in pricing and service.
