Never received refund, poor communication. I bought a website in March. A template design was used and there was little to no communication in the process of making the website. Fast forward to august and it STILL isn’t complete. I asked for a refund at the start of August but still haven’t had a refund, it’s the end of September now… Also only being refunded 50% because of the work done on the website which was never actually published and just used a template format. Poor communication, untrustworthy and wouldn’t recommend.
