All of the positive reviews here are fake. This place is disgusting! It was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Edit 3: It’s a relief to see you change your approach from initially denying any responsibility to attempting to deflect with baseless accusations of racism.
The screen of my phone was cracked but still functional, although occasionally temperamental. Adjusting the brightness made it usable, but sometimes too dim for certain lighting conditions. Aside from the cracked screen, the phone was in excellent condition.
Your “screen repair” resulted in the shattering of the back glass along the bottom right section, a significant portion, not the “tiny crack” you’re trying to downplay. Following the repair, both the microphone and speaker stopped functioning, making the phone basically useless. This cost me $362.50, and my phone became nothing more than a brick.
You conveniently did not mention you shattered the glass and quickly presented me with a debit machine, obviously hoping I wouldn’t notice the damage. When I inspected the phone and confronted you about it, you outright denied causing damage. What’s more, you initially refused to address the back glass issue (I was unaware of the microphone/speaker problem at the time). Before bringing the phone to your shop, I had taken pictures of it as I was considering selling it for an upgrade. You persisted in denying responsibility until I showed you the evidence, only then admitting to breaking the back glass but conveniently claiming to have “forgotten,” despite arguing vehemently for ten minutes. Your eventual offer to repair the back glass at my expense was ridiculous.
Not once did you attempt to contact me or leave a message regarding the damages, demonstrating a blatant lack of intent to address the situation. Your dismissive attitude in the store further underscored this indifference.
In hindsight, I regret not taking matters into my own hands and repairing the phone myself using an online kit. I have no doubt I could have done a better job without the headaches and hassle of dealing with your incompetence. This entire experience is a solid 0/10 rating, and I will certainly never return.

I dropped my phone after about a month and a half ago to be repaired. I thought it was just the screen that was broken but it wasnt, so who im assuming the owner is, changed my screen but unfortunately it was a motherboard issue which he couldnt fix. So i took my phone to another repair shop where they told me my face id and one of my speakers were missing. When I called Device Zone and told them about this issue no apology was issued or compensation of any kind. I was told it was the other phone repairs fault and they must’ve lost them. This was after he told me if it was still in his shop it would’ve been thrown out. No responsibility, no honesty, and overall poor ownership. Also he literally stole from me then blamed it on someone else. 0/10

Very unprofessional and unreliable. I should have taken the past reviews more seriously. I went there because my phone was not turning on. After a day when I called, they said a part of the motherboard was missing. On asking the name of the part, the guy intentionally kept quiet on call. After I questioned how could it be missing, after all the phone was with me for all the time. There’s no chance someone could steal it, he kept quiet. Then when i went back to the store he says nothing was missing and he was misinformed. Without a second thought, I took back my phone from that place.
