Fantastic guys, always willing to help repair. And if need be, sell a new piece of correct hardware ideal for market and personal workplace. Taking old laptop this week to get a hard drive upgraded from HDD to SSD. Said I didn’t need to get a new laptop as times are tough. I only really use it mainly for music!! They are charging me less than PS100 to get my hard drive cloned onto SSD and doubled in size from 512GB to 1TB. When I asked, “I’m guessing this is purely for the memory??” They said, “Oh no, that’s all in to do the lot. But as nearly full may need a day to do.” I have been quoted nearly PS200 in previous shops and have been debating whether to buy a new laptop and this shop and all the staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for them!! Even fitted a new strap to my Samsung Galaxy watch as very fiddly to do. Highly recommended . Good old-fashioned customer service!!

Had to visit 2nd time, yesterday to get my laptop upgraded as over a week before it was running painfully slowly then after getting so frustrated at it crashing, I switched it off then when switching back on I found it wouldn’t boot full stop so brought it to these guys last week, was given a quote & told if they couldn’t reinstall Windows there would be no charge so I decided to go back yesterday when I had some cash, opted for an SSD hard drive upgrade & clean reinstall of Windows at roughly 11:40am, got a text back to say it was ready & when the technician switched it on I was over the moon at how fast it now is. I’d absolutely recommend these to anyone in the area as they are a very professional & friendly service.

Excellent service and extremely professional staff. I needed a repair on the charging port on my iPhone. Paul and his team explained what would be done, the cost and time involved, all agreed before going ahead. A nice extra was the replacement of by cracked screen protector for free. The shop is clean, tidy and very modern looking and seeing the team in branded uniforms immediately gave me confidence that I was dealing with a trustworthy and quality company. Highly recommended.
