I’m not in the habit of giving poor reviews but I’m so annoyed about my experience with this place I felt I had too. I took my laptop in to get some photos off it as it it was freezing.. it took for ever and I was being asked for my iCloud password! Which I found bizarre. I realised when I finally got my computer back a lot of the photos I wanted were no longer on my computer or on iCloud when I took it back they connected the hard drive and it had been wiped. So not only did I not get the photos saved that I wanted they also deleted my hard drive completely so I have no way of recovering them! Other things are deleted too like Microsoft word but at least it’s replaceable.. horrible experience!

I took my older Panasonic smart tv to the shop to repair an aerial port which had snapped off when being moved. The man who runs the shop (Sebastian) I think was most helpful. He had the tv repaired in 24 hrs and contacted me when it was ready. Excellent service and not too expensive. Would recommend checking him out for any electrical repairs.

Brought my gaming laptop here on my brother’s recommendation after Curry’s failed to sort the problem. They identified the problem, provided a fix, and now my laptops back working again. Great service, the work was completed quickly, and no hassle whatsoever. Staff were polite and knowledgable.

Would definitely try them again.
