What can I say about Dibtech. I can not praise them enough. I was pretty much at the end of my tether, having purchased two quite expensive programs and neither of them would load onto my computer. Having tried everything suggested on the internet and contacting both software companies without success, I was on the verge of asking for a refund. Then I remembered Dibtech, who had been recommended to me by a friend some time back. After explaining my problem Mark, he came up with, what I thought was a bit “off the wall” solution. It worked. Joy.

Mark came to our rescue when the hard drive in our desktop failed and we had no data backed up. He successfully extracted the data which we had thought irretrievable and transferred it to an external hard drive. We are so grateful to Mark and will make sure to back up all our data from now on. Mark was also able to supply us with a ‘renewed’ desktop unit at a competitive price.
