I got my laptop repaired by Ethan and what a great guy he is! He did not even charge me as he said it was a quick fix and took less than 10 minutes – where do you see such honesty and work ethic today?!? I am so glad I found this place as it is hard to find someone who is genuine and won’t take advantage of you to make few extra bucks. I am definitely going to recommend them to everyone I know and definitely going back.

I had a terrible experience with them. I took my MacBook in to have the display replaced and was told it would take two weeks due to shipping, which I understood–no fault of theirs. However, I was then asked to pay for the part upfront, which didn’t make sense. Why should I, as the customer, be responsible for this while they, as the company, aren’t? After waiting the two weeks, they received the part and replaced the display, only to discover it had a problem they couldn’t fix. They had to send it back, and I had to leave the country without my computer and without a refund. It took an additional two weeks to finally get my money back. The whole situation was ridiculous.

Ethan went above and beyond for a data recovery I had brought to them, he was super responsive and kept me well informed of every step of the process and delivered excellent results! 5 stars for the work done I and my mother in law cannot thank you enough for recovering her irreplaceable family pictures from her damaged drive. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the greater Moncton area for IT needs
